热消融治疗甲状腺良性结节专家共识(2025版)解读与思考

摘要

近年来,随着高分辨率彩色多普勒超声在临床的广泛应用,甲状腺结节的检出率显著提高。甲状腺结节中以良性病变多见,传统上以外科手术切除为主要治疗手段。然而,随着医疗技术的进步以及对甲状腺功能保护意识的增强,以微创和功能保留为核心优势的热消融技术,逐渐成为治疗甲状腺良性结节的重要方式。目前,国内多个学术组织已相继发布了相关的专家共识。本文旨在对中国医药教育协会介入微创治疗专业委员会最新制订的《热消融治疗甲状腺良性结节专家共识(2025版)》进行深度解读并思考,以期为临床实践提供参考依据。
