三痹汤联合3D打印PSI辅助HTO治疗骨性关节炎临床疗效观察

目的:观察三痹汤联合3D打个性化导板(Patient Specific Instrumentation, PSI)辅助胫骨高位截骨术(High Tibial Osteotomy, HTO)治疗骨性关节炎临床疗效。方法:将玉溪市中医医院2022年6月—2025年1月收治的60例中老年膝内侧间室关节炎患者为研究对象,随机分为2组,研究组30例给予三痹汤联合3D打印PSI辅助HTO治疗。对照组30例给予3D打印PSI辅助HTO治疗。对比2组患者术后第2、7、14天血沉、C反应蛋白(CRP)变化情况。 测量视觉模拟评分(VAS评分)及美国特种外科医院膝关节评分(HSS评分)。结果:研究组患者术后12 个月后的显效率与总有效率均明显高于对照组(P均<0.05) 。研究组患者术后血沉及CRP下降较比较组快,(P均<0. 05)。2组患者术后HSS评分较术前明显升高。研究组患者的VAS 评分明显小于或低于对照组(P均<0.05) 。研究组HSS评分明显高于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论:三痹汤联合3D打印PSI辅助HTO治疗骨性关节炎在改善膝关节功能,缓解疼痛以及临床症状方面效果更好。
