基于ChatGPT和中医药知识的对话式人工智能探索

目的:探索ChatGPT与中医药知识的结合能力,探索人工智能与中医诊疗技术的结合效果。方法与材料:应用ChatGPT的自定义版本(GPTs),令ChatGPT学习中医药知识,从而创建名为“中医风湿刘健”的对话人工智能。随后模拟类风湿关节炎、系统性红斑狼疮患者与“中医风湿刘健”对话,寻求医疗咨询和诊疗服务。结果:“中医风湿刘健”能够正确的回答两位患者的问题,给出明确的诊断和治疗方案。讨论与结论:ChatGPT与中医药知识的结合也许是缓解我国医疗资源紧张问题,有效推广中医药理论和文化的新方案。
