骨关节炎(Osteoarthritis, OA)作为临床常见的退行性关节疾病,其发病率随人口老龄化加剧而持续上升,严重影响患者关节功能与生活质量。摩梭族医药作为中国少数民族传统医学的瑰宝,在长期实践中形成了对OA独特的认知体系,积累了丰富的药物、方剂及外治疗法经验。本文旨在综述摩梭族医药治疗骨关节炎的理论基础、常用药物与方剂、外治疗法特色及临床疗效评价,以期为挖掘民族医药资源、丰富骨关节炎治疗策略提供理论依据。
