“双一流”建设高校领导团队异质性对创新效率的影响研究

Abstract

采用随机前沿分析方法测量“双一流”高校领导团队的教育、年龄、任期、文化异质性对基础与应用研究创新效率的影响。研究发现:高校领导团队年龄异质性对创新效率没有显著影响,教育异质性能够促进创新效率提升,任期异质性制约了创新效率的提升,文化异质性对基础研究产出效率具有促进作用,但对应用研究产出效率具有抑制作用。通过滞后产出时间、缩减样本规模、替换经费数据进行回归,研究结果依然稳健。机制分析显示,国家重点实验室在高校领导团队异质性的创新效应中具有重要推动作用。对此,应充分发挥高校领导团队多元化优势,加强基础研究投入,重视应用研究转化,依托一流建设学科,加快国家重点实验室转型升级。
