About the Journal
Functional Nanomaterials (FNM) is an international open access journal dedicated to publishing high-quality research on the science, engineering, and applications of functional nanomaterials. The journal focuses on nanomaterials with advanced electrical, optical, magnetic, catalytic, biological, and mechanical functionalities, particularly in emerging fields such as energy storage and conversion, nanoelectronics, nanophotonics, catalysis, environmental remediation, biomedicine, and smart materials. It especially encourages interdisciplinary research on structure–property relationships, nanoscale design and fabrication, functional interfaces, and materials informatics, promoting the development of next-generation functional materials and nanosystems.
