本文聚焦人工智能背景下示范性产业学院“双师型”教师队伍建设。通过分析国内外相关研究现状,指出当前“双师型”教师队伍建设在人工智能素养、培养机制、评价体系等方面存在的问题。提出从提升教师人工智能素养、完善培养培训机制、构建多元评价体系等措施来解决现存问题,并阐述了加强“双师型”教师队伍建设的意义,旨在为示范性产业学院在人工智能时代建设高素质“双师型”教师队伍提供参考。
