Abstract

This paper aims to explore the economic presentation and influence mechanism of European and American football clubs under different ownership structures, and highlight its key significance for the long-term development of clubs. This paper first expounds the economic development background of football clubs in Europe and America and the changes of their ownership structure, and then briefs the core research content of this paper, including the specific factors and mechanisms of different ownership structures on the club economy. In the case analysis part, this paper selects clubs in the English Premier League and the German Bundesliga to carry out in-depth research, summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of each ownership structure, and puts forward suggestions for club management and policy development.
