This study, grounded in the Marxist research paradigm, provides a comprehensive analysis of the theoretical foundation, real-world challenges, and institutional pathways of China's common prosperity strategy. Drawing on methodologies such as historical materialism, surplus value theory, and class analysis, the paper identifies key contradictions in the current income distribution structure. It places particular emphasis on the erosion of labor rights within platform economies, the inadequacy of redistribution mechanisms, and the fairness dilemmas arising under the green transition. Using the Zhejiang Demonstration Zone as a case study, the paper proposes a multidimensional institutional framework centered on optimizing primary distribution, reforming taxation and public services, and restructuring production relations. The study concludes that common prosperity is not merely a shift in economic policy, but a profound transformation of the social structure.
